What is CampusCare Logistics?

CampusCare Logistics guides campus teams with managed logistics, savings tools, case studies, FAQs, and 21 pages for clear next steps.

When should I book my move-in date?

Book as soon as your university confirms your move-in window — ideally 2–3 weeks ahead. Once you pick a delivery date, CampusHaul guarantees your belongings arrive that day, so you never arrive at your dorm before your boxes do.

Can CampusHaul work around my university's move-in schedule?

Yes. We coordinate directly with campus move-in windows and access rules at 10+ colleges. Your pickup and delivery are scheduled around orientation, housing check-in slots and building access hours — including weekend and early-morning delivery windows.

How much storage capacity do you have?

Our climate-controlled vaults scale from a single box to an entire apartment or household. Every item is photographed into your digital inventory vault, so you can view exactly what's stored and retrieve it on request — no mystery boxes.

How long can I keep my belongings in storage?

As long as you need — from a few weeks over winter break to a full semester, summer or gap year. Short-term and long-term rates are flat and transparent, and storage can start the day we pick up and end the day we deliver.

How does the logistics process work?

Request a quote, book a pickup, and a vetted mover in uniform collects your items. From there, TrackYourMove™ GPS tracking shows exactly where your belongings are, automated updates hit every step, and delivery lands on your chosen date — packed, moved, cleaned, stored or shipped.

What happens on move-in day?

Your movers arrive inside your scheduled window, carry everything to your room, and place items where you want them — furniture assembled, boxes opened, packing debris hauled away if requested. Parents don't need to lift a thing.
